Everything began with the determination of childhood years spent between the Black Sea region and Ankara, the dynamism of youth, and the experience gained from hands-on trade—leading Mehmet Paşaoğlu to establish Lider İnşaat in 1975.

The first-generation leader, Mehmet Paşaoğlu, set out with the philosophy of “live and let live.” After completing his first project in Alanya in 1984, he moved his Ankara-based company to Alanya.

Captivated by the stunning view of the city from Alanya Castle, Mehmet Paşaoğlu rolled up his sleeves to create new projects here. After signing many successful constructions, he began managing the company together with the second generation, who would carry the business into the future.

In 1984, the company name was changed to Paşaoğlu İnşaat. From then on, Mehmet Paşaoğlu managed the company together with his sons, continuing to support them with his experience in all projects. Based in Alanya, the company achieved many successful milestones.

The second-generation architects: Mustafa and Murat Paşaoğlu!

The innovative approaches of the sons—who began their journey in construction with their father—led to the foundation of yet another company. In 2006, ÜLPAŞ A.Ş. was established, entering the service sector as well. Mustafa and Murat Paşaoğlu continue to operate not only in construction but also in various other sectors under this company.

As a family business, it embraced the third generation as well. With the freedom brought by corporate structure, it laid the foundations for modern, innovative projects that adapt to the times.

The Paşaoğlu surname, well-established in the construction sector, was carried once again from the first to the third generation under the name “Lider.” A new company was founded in partnership with Ahmet, Mehmet, and Ömer Faruk Paşaoğlu.

With each generation, existing values were preserved while new, efficient companies were designed in accordance with evolving market conditions.
